2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2-8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. tub Cool Whip
red and green apples, diced
1 jar sundae caramel sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the graham crackers, sugar and melted butter and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Put in the freezer while making the topping so the crust sets. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then, fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over the top of the crust. Top with the apples and drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the apples. Store in refrigerator.
