1 cup Olive oil 1 cup
2 cups fresh Pesto leaves 2 cups
1 tsp Vinegar
1/3 cup Lemon -- juice and zest
1/3 cup Orange -- juice and zest

Directions:

Wisk briskly all ingredients together until blended and smooth.
Use as in PERONAL NOTES
Freeze in ice trays
Store leftovers in the freezer for about a year
