2 (15-oz) cans whole corn kernels, drained
1 (15-oz) can cream style corn
1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
2 large eggs
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 (8.5-oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
salt and pepper, to taste
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, optional

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out nearly clean.
