1 Head of Cabbage, chopped
2 tbsps Sugar
2 tbsps White Vinegar
1 tbsps Soy sauce
1 tbsps Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine sugar, vinegar and soy sauce wisk well and set aside.
In a wok heat oil, swirl to cover the first wok completely.
Reduce to medium heat stir in cabbage and stir fry 2-3 minutes, making sure that the cabbage is coated with the hot oil.
Remove from heat and add the soy sauce mixture.
Serve cold or warm.


If cold, put in the refrigerator ovenight before serving
