4 cups Mushrooms
6 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups snow pea's, stringed
1 cup rice -- cooked, drained
1 Cup sesame cooking sauce **see recipe under sauces**
6 ozs Bamboo shoots

2 TBS OF EACH
vegetable oil
dry sherry
water
cream of tartor
soy sauce
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain mushrooms, drain, remove stems sliced thin and set aside.
Combine corn starch, sherry, water and salt and pepper.
To the mixture add chicken in a flat-bottomed bowl let soak in mixture for 15 minutes. Take Oil & sesame cooking sauce and pour over chicken.
Add remaining oil to a fry pan over medium heat, add chicken mixture and when hot, brown chicken on both sides, add peas, soy sauce, bamboo shoots.
Cream of tartor.
Cook stirring constantaly until thickened and sauce is bubbly.
Serve with rice and dipping sauce
