Ingredients:  
2 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
water
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, sugar, butter and a little water together until rhubarb is tender. Beat eggs and mix in cornstarch and milk. Add this to the rhubarb and cook until thick.
