Cake:
1 lb. box of graham crackers
2 small pkgs. instant French Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cool whip

Frosting:
2 pkts. melted unsweetened chocolate OR melt 2 squares of baking chocolate
2 tsp. white corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Cake:
Butter bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Line with whole crackers. Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Pour 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers. Top with another layer of crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over and cover with a 3rd layer of crackers.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over crackers. Refrigerate at least 24 hours so crackers can soften.
