Directions:
Slice the top off of a crusty dinner roll and gently remove bread from the center to create a hole.
Crack an egg into the hole, then top with chopped herbs, such as parsley, chives, or tarragon.
Add a teaspoon of heavy whipping cream and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake at 350º until the eggs are set and the bread is toasted.
Cool for 5 minutes and serve warm.
