3 eggs
2 C milk
3/4 C melted butter
3 lbs. flour
3 Tbs. yeast
3/4 C sugar
2/3tsp. salt
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1/8tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 C raisins
1/2 C mixed candied fruit

Frosting:
1 C powdered sugar
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp orange juice concentrate
1/8 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer with the dough hook attached, mix the eggs, butter, and milk together until well blended. Add 1lb flour, yeast, sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg and combine. Mix in the remaining flour, raisins and fruit- adding the flour a little at a time.
Place in a greased bowl and cover for 2 hours or until doubled. Remove from bowl and knead for a bit and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape into desired shapes and place on a cookie sheet (you can just roll them into balls and place in a cake pan), cover and let rise about 1 hour or until doublish.
Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with butter. Frost

mix all frosting ingredients together until you have a nice frosting. Pipe onto buns or you can make it thinner and glaze the rolls.
