1 1/2 C onion
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 C butter
15oz can tomato sauce
3 C chicken stock
1 can slamon
2 C heavy whipping cream
brown sugar
dill pickle pieces
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter in a stock pot. Add tomato sauce and chicken stock and simmer 30 minutes. Add the salmon and warm; reduce heat and add cream and bring to a simmer- DO NOT BOIL. Add about 1 Tbs. of brown sugar (more or less to taste).
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped dill pickle
