100g Shredded coconut (1/2 cup)
1 X tin(can) Condensed milk
400g Dark chocolate
1 x 400g Tin of pitted cherries in syrup (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast coconut on a grill setting in oven 180ºC/375ºF.
Melt chocolate in a saucepan.
Add condensed milk to the melted chocolate.
Add cherries to chocolate mixture.
Add coconut to chocolate mixture.
Stir until combined.
Place mixture in a rectangular slice pan/dish.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Once set cut into serving portions.

This dish can be frozen
Portion sizing can be altered depending on how big the pieces are. I tend to cut mine up small because the slice is very rich
I used 70% cocoa dark chocolate for this recipe
