1 stick salted butter, melted
2-3 chicken breasts, diced, uncooked
1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tbsp. cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 box Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
2 C. milk
1 can cream of chicken
2 C. chicken broth

1. Pre-heat oven to 375º

2. In a casserole dish: add butter, chicken, mixed vegetables, and seasoning;

3. In a separate bowl, mix together cream of chicken, and chicken broth; pour over casserole contents; do not mix.

4. In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and seasoning pack, and milk. Once mixed, pout over contents of casserole dish; do not mix.

5. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
