1 lb. Butter
1½ Lemons, zest and juice (no seeds)
1 tbsp. Basil or Thyme, fresh, chopped
2 tsp. Parsley, fresh, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. To make the lemon herb butter, combine the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and herbs in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a plastic wrap. Shape into a log and twist to seal.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
