10 Tablespoons melted butter
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
Mix and press into 9X13 pan and chill

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
12 ounce cool-whip (save half)
Mix together and spread over crust.

2 (3.4 ounce) instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Whisk together. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool-whip. May top with graham cracker crumbs.
