Butter Roasted Shrimp Recipe

1/2 C butter, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 C dry white wine
1 1/2 lb jumbo shell-on Gulf shrimp, head on deveined
1 tsp cracked peppercorns
kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

In cast iron skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add wine and bring to simmer. Cook 1 minute. Add shrimp and peppercorns. Season with salt. Stir to combine and place in oven.

Roast until shrimp are just cooked through about 13-15 minutes, turning once. Remove from oven and turn boiler on high. Place under broiler until shells start to crackle, about 4 minutes.

Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
