Notes: Flan, also known as crème caramel, is a delightful and creamy custard dessert that’s popular in many Latin American countries. It’s a sweet treat topped with a rich caramel sauce.
Before Kenny and Theresa were married, I had never had Flan, however after they were married, she would make it on Christmas Eve, and it became a favorite dessert. Years went by before I found this easy Flan recipe in 2005, and now I make my own Flan, I'm not sure where I got it from, but for some reason I wrote the date on the recipe.
I do know however that I love Flan and this recipe is easy to make and tastes great.
