1 cup sugar, caramelized
6-10 eggs, well beaten.
2 (14oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk,
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk,
1 teas vanilla
1 dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Coat tube pan with caramelized sugar.

2) Allow to harden, then place pan in container with ice cold water until the caramelized sugar cracks.

3) Mix other ingredients in order, stir well and pour in mold.

4) Place mold in pan with 2-inches hot water in preheated 350º oven for 1-hour or until firm.

Let cool, then invert and unmold.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Fresh fruit

Flan, also known as crème caramel, is a delightful and creamy custard dessert that’s popular in many Latin American countries. It’s a sweet treat topped with a rich caramel sauce.

Before Kenny and Theresa were married, I had never had Flan, however after they were married, she would make it on Christmas Eve, and it became a favorite dessert.
Years went by before I found this easy Flan recipe in 2005, and now I make my own Flan, I'm not sure where I got it from, but for some reason I wrote the date on the recipe.

I do know however that I love Flan and this recipe is easy to make and tastes great.
