Personal Notes:
Everyone loves peanut butter, and this is a great frosting to use on Chocolate cake, cupcakes, Brownies or a Screw Ball Cake (recipe on another page).

I find canned frostings to be too sweet, and I am always looking for frosting recipes that don't mask the taste of the cake. Most of the time I make cream cheese frosting, but I have to admit, if it's a chocolate cake, I like the Peanut butter Frosting.

Do you remember the "Elvis Sandwich", bread, Fluffernutter marshmallow spread, peanut butter, and sliced bananas? I think Elvis would've loved a chocolate or a banana cupcake with peanut butter frosting for dessert!
