2 bags (8 cups) frozen spinach, cooked and drained
6oz cream cheese (I use 1/3 less fat)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tbsp minced garlic
Spices: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, MSG

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt your butter over low heat in a pan while your spinach is cooking in the microwave
2. Once melted, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
3. Add cooked/drained spinach to the pan and season with the rest of your spices. Mix well and let it cook for a minute or two.
4. Add cream cheese to pan and mix well. Cook until cream cheese is fully incorporated, then add milk and mix again. Add more or less milk depending on desired consistency.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and mix. Serve warm.
