Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 ounce package of pitted dates
Pecans (enough for each date, about 36)
10-12 ounces melting chocolate-dark or semisweet
Peanut butter
Flakey sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Split date in half to open it up, try not to break into two pieces.
Place whole pecan on one side of the date, smear peanut butter on the other side. Press it shut. Add more peanut butter to “seal” the edges if needed.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate according to package directions. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
After chocolate is melted, individually dip each date into the chocolate submerging it completely. Remove and place onto parchment paper, top with flakey salt before chocolate dries. Continue with remaining dates. Place baking sheet in the fridge and allow dates to chill.
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
