Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs lean ground beef (or 1 beef 1 chicken)
1 sweet onion chopped
2 c green beans cut
2 cloves garlic minced
2 sweet peppers chopped
1 green pepper chopped
half bad of shredded carrots
4 celery ribs chopped
1 jar of red peppers
1 packet Kinders Woodired Chili
1 cup water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse red peppers in blender, not liquefied
Saute' onion, celery, and peppers in olive oil spray with salt and pepper
Add beef (or beef and chicken)
Cook with vegetables until done.
Add seasoning packet and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to slow cooker
Add green beans, carrots, and blended peppers.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours.
