2 - pkg cornbread dressing mix
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 - 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 - 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices toast, cubed
1 small granny smith apple, finely chopped
1-2 tsp ssage
1-2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 stick butter
2 rotisserie chickens, deboned

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until translucent.

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 400º for about 45-55 minutes.
