1 ring Kalberwurst
2 C milk
2 Tbs flour
4 Tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, bring water to very low simmer. Add kalberwurst and simmer 10 minutes until firm. Do not boil. Remove from water and move to warm 10-inch skillet with butter. Brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and place on plate. Add milk to skillet and scrape pan being sure to get all browned bits up.

In mason jar, add 1 cup milk and flour. Shake until combined. Add to skillet and cook until gravy is thick. Add kalberwurst back to skillet and simmer to allow skin to burst.
