2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

4 skinless & boneless chicken breast halves- cut into 1/2- inch strips

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic together in a small bowl; set sauce aside.

Step 2
Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until browned, about 1 minute per side. Pour sauce over chicken; simmer, until sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.
