kitchentool fudge

in microwave safe bowl ADD
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/4 c milk
8 T sliced butter
10 regular size marshmallows
DO NOT STIR. Microwave high for 3 minutes,
Stir until smooth,
Add:1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c toasted pecans
Sift sugar and cocoa together in microwave safe bowl. Add milk, butter and marshmallows, DO NOT STIR microwave on high for 3 minutes and then stir until smooth. Add vanilla and pecans, MIX. Pour into a buttered or parchment lined dish. Freeze 20 minutes OR refrigerate 1 hour until set. . Cut into bite size squares.
Store in air tight container.
