1 Cup Butter 2 Eggs
1 Cup Oil 4 ½ cups flour
1 Cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Soda
1 Cup Suger 1 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla 1 tsp cream of Tartar

Cream oil, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add Vanilla and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix Well. Chill slightly. Drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 10 -12 minutes or until very lightly browned. 350
