2 lbs fresh strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp fresh lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash strawberries, remove tops, and slice small sliver off bottoms so they stand up.
Carefully create a small indent into each strawberry half (can use small melon baller). In a mixing bowl, combine mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth.
In a separate bowl, use a mixer to beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture and pipe a small amount into each strawberry half.
Serve!
