8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
7 oz corned beef, chopped
1 can (14.4oz) sauerkraut, well drained and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
triscuit crackers or other dippers

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers and other dippers.
