8 cups gluten free bread crumbs (1 loaf)
1/2 cup butter
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
At least 2 cups gluten free broth, more if needed to moisten stuffing

Directions:
Saute onion and celery (can do in same pan as regular stuffing, if making, and estimate). Stir in seasonings. (remove ing. for regular stuffing, if making together.)
Tear bread loaf and add to large bowl. Stir in other ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree. Grease a square cake pan and add mixture to pan. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking until golden and crispy on top.
