Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar to roll cookies in

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º. (I put the nuts in first into a food processor and grind them until they are almost like a powder, then I just throw everything into a food processor and process it until it begins to form a ball.)

2. Shape dough into 1-inchs balls. Place about one inch apart on uncreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool until warm on wire rack.

4. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar; cool on wire rack. Roll in powdered sugar again.
