1/4 pound sushi grade salmon
2 Cloves garlic
Chive
Fresh ginger
1 T Sesame seeds
2 T Ponzu sauce
10 T Olive oil
2 T Sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the salmon into thin, sashimi slices against the grain of the fish.

Peel and grate the garlic and dab a small amount on each slice of fish.

Peel and cut ginger into matchstick size pieces or grate and place on top of each slice of fish.

Cut chives to size of fish and place one piece on each slice.

Add a pinch of sesame seeds and a dash of Ponsou sauce to each slice of fish.

Heat olive oil and sesame oil on high heat until boiling. Spread over each piece of fish so they slightly cook.

Serve immediately.
