3 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2 lbs. hamburger
¾ cup raw white rice
1 can tomato soup
½ of a large can of tomato juice
½ stick of butter, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and onion, and dice the green pepper. In a large greased casserole dish, layer potatoes. Put butter over the top of potatoes, and salt and pepper them. Crumble raw hamburger over the top, and salt and pepper the hamburger. Spread the onions and peppers over that mixture, and spread the tomato soup over the top. Sprinkle the raw rice over the soup. Pour tomato juice over the top. Bake at 375ºF for
1½ hours.
