2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
3 cups quick oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large bowl and set aside. In a large pot, add sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Over medium heat, bring to a rolling boil and immediately turn down to low and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, and add to oat mixture and stir well. Scoop with a tablespoon onto aluminum foil, into cookies and let cool. Once completely cool either store in an airtight container on counter, or freeze in bags.
