16 oz can refried beans
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
11 oz can sweet corn and diced peppers, drained
1 cup chunky salsa
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped, and 2 tsp adobo sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
optional green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beans, corn, salsa, chiles, reserved adobo sauce and one cup cheese in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours, stirring after 2 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions (optional). Keep warm on low setting; serve with tortilla chips or fill burritos, etc.
