1 lb. lean ground beef
10 oz. dried egg noodles
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 15 oz. jar Lay's French Onion Dip
1/2 cup French's fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Brown the ground beef over medium high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, condensed cream soup, and Lay's French Onion Dip. Mix well.
Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the beef and soup mixture. Transfer into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the fried onions are crispy and golden.
If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
