Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, but do not rinse. Let sit for 2 minutes.

Preheat an air fryer or your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Meanwhile, transfer pasta to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil; stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until evenly combined. Arrange 1/4 of the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes; flip and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and break apart any pasta chips that have stuck together; let cool completely. Repeat with remaining pasta. If you cook in oven May take a little longer (20 min). Arrange single layer on a cookie sheet

Personal Notes:
Very good and a fun snack to have while watching football games. I also learned that if you store them in a brown paper bag, they will last longer. They get soggy in a ziplock bag.
