1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
250g mini marshmallows (white or coloured)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish or in a saucepan. Stir in butterscotch chips until melted. Cool slightly before adding marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are coated.

Pack in 9x9 pan, lined with parchment. Refrigerate until set and them cut into squares.
