Ingredients: |
Ingredients: * 1 pound ground beef, cooked * 1 small can Rotel Diced Tomatoes * Sliced or Diced Jalapenos (7.0 oz) (I used diced so we wouldn't get a mouthful of jalapeno!) * 1 block of Cream Cheese * 2 cups of Pepper Jack Cheese * 1/2 block of White Velveeta Cheese, cubed * 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream * ½ cup diced onions * Tortilla Chips
Spices: add the following 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions: |
Directions:1. Preheat Oven to 375 (Or you can use your grill or smoker!) 2. Cook the ground beef and spices 3. Combine cooked ground beef and spices with all other prepped ingredients together in a tin foil disposable 9x13 pan. 4. Mix ingredients so the meat does not dry out when cooking. If desired, put the pan on a cookie sheet so you can easily transfer it in and out of the oven. 5. Place in oven for 10 minutes and stir. Bake for another 10 minutes or until completely melted and pull out of the oven to add whipping cream. 6. Mix together and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
If you want to use your smoker. Heat smoker to 250 and cook for 2 hours. |
