4 cups peppers and pears
1 cup jalapenos
1 cup red bell peppers
2 cups pears



1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 lemon cut in half and seeds removed

2 pouches Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Chop peppers & pears. Can use any combination but only four cups

Mix together on the stove:
cider vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, salt and lemon (squeeze out juice)
Add peppers and pears.
Cook on stove until peppers and pears are soft. (remove lemon) Use an immersion blender to blend everything fine
Add lemon and Certo

Boil together for 20 minutes, jelly will get thicker
Remove lemon and fill sterilize jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace at the top.
Cover tightly with lids and rings. Cool to room temperature.
Store in refrigerator for up to four months or freeze
