Salad:
3 heads Romain lettuce, chopped
1 gala apple sliced thin
1 green apple sliced thin
½ red onion sliced thin
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
½ cup pecans
½ pound bacon, cooked until crisp and diced

Dressing:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp mustard
½ cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
3 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp honey
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a mason jar and shake well until fully mixed. Serve on the side, allowing people to dress their own salads, and shake well before each pour. Toss the rest of the ingredients together and serve.
