1/3 C butter, melted
1 C sugar
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
2 Tbs grated lemon peel
1 C fresh or frozen blueberries

Glaze:

2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs butter, melted
1 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a mixing bowl, blend the butter with a cup of sugar, juice, and eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the egg mixture, alternating with the milk. Add lemon peel and blueberries. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.

Bake 61-71 minutes.
