1.5lbs ground beef
1/8 c ketchup
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2c minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3-4 c water
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch sugar
tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
cover ground beef with water and break up the meat completely.
Add diced onion and spices, start on medium heat & bring to a rapid boil. reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally.
when water is reduced, add tomato paste to thicken. stir to incorporate. serve as hot dog topping.
