4 portions chicken breast
2 onions (sliced)
8 tender asparagus sticks
4 burger rolls
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (for cooking)
BBQ sauce (squeezy bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
-Lightly oil the asparagus and onion and season with salt and pepper.
-Place on the grill and cook under a low heat for around 5 minutes.
-Remove onion slices when they are starting to brown and remove the asparagus when it gets soft and set aside.
-Add the chicken portions and grill for around 10 minutes each side and until cooked through.
-Next, squeeze over the chicken a dollop BBQ sauce and grill for 1 further minute each side, adding another dollop of BBQ sauce when you turn.
-Meanwhile, toast the rolls on the outside only.

To serve, place the rolls on a baking sheet, toasted side down. Top with the chicken, asparagus, onion and then a cheese slice. Place under the grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese, then add a dollop of BBQ sauce and the top half of the bun. Serve with a green crispy salad.
