1 LB BUTTER

1 CUP SUGAR

4 EGG YOLKS

4 CUPS FLOUR

SOLO FILLING ( 1 - 2 cans depends on the quantity of cookies ) my favorites are Raspberry & Apricot

POWDER SUGAR

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400 % degrees.

Mix butter & sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks and flour until mixed throughly.
Form into balls and put onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
I used a small cookie scope to do this makes it easier and quicker.

Then put a thum print indent in each cookie , Fill each thumbprint with filling carefully.
Do not over fill.

Bake for 11 - 13 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let them cool then dust them with powder sugar.
