1 cup unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cocoa, sugar and oil. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into the cocoa mixture. Cover the dough and chill it for at least 4 hours.
Make 1” balls of dough and roll in the powdered sugar. Place on a greased sheet pan. Oven at 350 degrees. Times are 10-12 minutes for smaller cookies and 12-14 minutes for larger cookies. Cool at least 5 minutes before moving to a rack.
