6 cups arugula, lightly packed
1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves, torn
1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 oz piece of parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the arugula, basil, corn, and tomatoes together in a large bowl.
Whisk the oil and lemon juice together, then season with the salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Divide the salad onto serving plates and serve topped with shaved parmesan.
