1 cup of Corn Meal
1 cup of Flour
1 medium Onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg
½ cup Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, sugar.
Add beaten egg and milk
Add onion.
Drop spoonful into hot grease until it floats.
