14 good-size Italian plum tomatoes
2 handsful fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp olive oil
10 oz fusilli pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a pot with enough water to cover tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Add the tomatoes to the boiling water and remove after about 10 seconds.
Mix the tomatoes, basil, garlic and cheese with the olive oil and refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Cook the fusilli according to package directions; drain.
Add the sauce to hot pasta, mix well, and serve warm.
