2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 peaches, halved, pitted and cut into ½ in. dice
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. diced fresh pineapple
1 white onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 c. chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
¾ c. water
2 T. white sugar, or to taste
2 T. lime juice
1 sm. jalapeno pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped mango, peaches, tomatoes, pineapple, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper and cilantro in a mixing bowl, stir in water, sugar, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic and salt.
Mix gently.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. before serving.
