2 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
2 green onions, chopped
2 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 recipe Cinnamon Pecans
Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the lettuce, cabbage, and carrots.
Sprinkle with the green onions, blue cheese, and Cinnamon Pecans.
Serve with Blue Cheese Vinaigrette.
