2 lbs Napa cabbage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 cups sliced green onions
2 Tbsp butter
3 pkgs Ramen noodles
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cabbage and green onions together in a large bowl.
Break the Ramen noodles into pieces and brown in butter, being careful not to burn them.
Add the noodles to the salad with the almonds and toss together.
Combine the sugar, vinegar, ginger, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and oil.
Whisk until the sugar is dissolved, then pour over the slaw and mix well.
